While traveling through NM with our 26ft travel trailer, my husband and I spent one night in site G at NomadLand RV Park. It was easy to maneuver into this full hook-up, back-in site, and we enjoyed the small patio/seating area. The proximity to the very clean and well-stocked bathroom was great. Although we didn't use the laundry facilities, they were available and also appeared well-maintained. We were well informed about the gate code ahead of our arrival, so check-in and check-out were hassle free. The free ice was a huge bonus because we were traveling with a cooler and it was hot! If you are looking for a clean, well-managed, space to call home for a night, this is it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here over the Memorial weekend to explore the area and spend time with family. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we were kindly greeted the moment we pulled up, the whole place was very clean including the showers and laundry room, it was very quiet, both day and night, and close to pretty much everything you might need. We had no problems with our utility connections, I even read that the water connections on the pedestals already have pressure regulators in them, and set to 40psi. This place was very well thought out and I think every other RV park should be this way.

This place is the best! Such a unique concept and very well throughout. Our site had a little zen fountain and more than enough lighting at night. In the past staying in ABQ I haven’t felt the safest, but this place felt more than secure! Added bonus was the RV sized car wash! Staff is more than helpful.

We had a great overnight stop here! At first we thought it was just for storing RV’s when we got there but when we saw our spot we were impressed! It had a full huge deck and the camper parked in front of it gave us total privacy! The shower houses and bathrooms were super clean and the laundry room was impressive with a full on coffee bar with free coffee, creamer, to go cups/ the works! This was a very secure spot and Is very dog friendly with a dog run with fresh water! Also, the trailer wash was a nice addition to be able to wash the trailer before we left! Overall this was a nice visit and

When you roll into this place you won’t find canyon views or scenery that blows you away. You WILL FIND the cleanest & nicest facility you’ll ever camp in. Near perfectly level covered asphalt sites with water, electricity and sewer. Pristine modern bathrooms and showers (free) with lots of hot water. A laundry room with a nice farmhouse sink, k cup coffee, filtered water & ice all free. Then drive your camper around to the nicest RV car wash station that we’ve ever seen with all the soap wands, pressure wands and 10 or 12 foot raised scrub deck so you can reach the top of your vehicle. Close to downtown Albuquerque and the Amtrak station. The staff is friendly and courteous. The place is security gated with a law enforcement presence. It was quiet and very secure. They’re adding on across the street with more campsites and it should be equally as nice. Excellent rehab campsite! We’d definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nomadland RV Park was perfect! Stayed one night, Friday, February 13th. Great facilities and they are expanding. Was able to top off my propane and give my travel trailer a bath in their RV cleaning bay. I definitely will make a point of staying again whenever I'm going through. Albuquerque. Thanks.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at NomadLand RV Park. The showers were hot and clean.
They offer a RV wash bay which I love.
Location is secured and gated with guest access codes. Jessica greeted us upon arrival with a smile. She couldn't have been more cordial.

We loved staying here! It’s kind of a combo of RV storage and RV park, but it was super fun to stay at. Our kids were able to ride their bikes around the facility, it’s all gated and secure. We were parked near the bathrooms and they were immaculate, had showers and a laundry room with a Keurig coffee maker in it for our enjoyment. The people were terrific! We would definitely stay there again and again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Nomadland RV Park in Albuquerque, NM, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the management was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, which immediately made me feel welcome.

The nightly rate was very reasonable and comparable to other RV parks in the area, but the amenities and sense of security truly set this location apart. The gated access provided peace of mind and allowed me to sleep comfortably knowing my camper was safe. The electric and water hookups were convenient and easy to use, making setup quick and stress-free.

One of my favorite features was the covered parking, which was a huge relief from the summer heat. The park was also impressively quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. Having an on-site laundry facility was another big plus—it saved me a trip to a laundromat and made my stay even more convenient.

As a pet owner, I really appreciated the dog run, which gave my dog a safe space to burn off energy and take care of his needs.

Overall, Nomadland RV Park exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone visiting or staying in Albuquerque. I will absolutely be staying here again!

This is a very interesting RV park. Basically the owners of a very modern RV/boat storage facility set aside >20 covered sites and another >20 sites in otherwise unused area in the facility and put in FHU including sewer connections for RV parking.

The RV sites are fairly level concrete pads . They are various lengths. You are literally parked in an RV storage facility surrounded by several hundred stored RV. The restroom, shower and laundry facilities are clean and modern. However at $4.00/load each for wash and dry, the laundry is pretty expensive.

The facility does have a RV wash stall available.

Rancho Sedona RV Park is one of the most conveniently located and beautifully maintained campgrounds in Sedona. Nestled beneath tall shade trees beside a gentle creek, the peaceful sound of running water fills the air after dark and makes for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. Each site feels tucked into nature while still being just minutes from everything—shops, galleries, and restaurants are an easy 10-minute walk away. A nearby coffee shop makes for the perfect morning ritual before exploring Sedona’s red rock trails or art village. The park is quiet, clean, and perfectly situated for anyone who wants to enjoy Sedona’s natural beauty without giving up comfort or accessibility. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer.

My friends and I absolutely loved this place! Nice and clean lot with lovely and well maintained showers and bathrooms. They also allow you to wash your RV in their wash bay for free by asking the office for their ‘wash tokens’. It was the nicest wash bay that we’d ever seen with car wash-like features such as pre-soak, foaming brush, clear coat and spot free rinse. The wash bay also had an upper platform so that you could easily reach the top of your rig. Each site had high quality breaker boxes to plug into and ‘hands free’ lids to the sewer connections so you didn’t have to wrestle the lid off to hook up to it. We’d never seen them like that so it
was a pleasant surprise. Finally, Dan from the office was awesomely accommodating and so friendly. My gals and I were so appreciative of the help and the safe place to stay with the security gate and well cared for space. We would definitely stay again! Dan said they’re currently building the ‘cat’s meow’ across the street so I can only imagine that’s it’s going to be the best of the best!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 that we can come back and give the new space a try!!

🌟 Best hospitality I’ve experienced on the road!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent RV Park!
Super clean, safe, and packed with traveler-friendly amenities. I was passing through Albuquerque and needed fresh water — called ahead, and they said, “Come by, we’ll take care of you.”

The owner, Dan, personally helped me fill up and even let me tour the park. Beautiful setup, including converted RVs that feel like hotel rooms. They’re also expanding across the street with a cool historic-style Route 66 vibe coming soon.

It’s rare to meet someone as kind and genuine as Dan. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town — highly recommend!
