Located within an upscale RV and Boat Storage facility on the west side of Albuquerque, right off of Interstate-40, Nomadland RV Stay is a gated, clean, and conveniently located facility with 50-amp full hookup spaces, reliable WiFi, countless amenities, and friendly staff!
Our facility is comprised of both RV storage and full-hookup RV spots. Our full-hookup spaces are located within our well-maintained and gated facility.
Amenities include fully tiled showers, clean restrooms, laundry room, wash bay, dump station, ice, filtered water, and a coffee machine in our lobby. Propane is available for purchase.
Guests appreciate our facility and the services we provide, as well as the location, which is convenient to downtown Albuquerque and Petroglyph National Monument, with proximity to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, services, public libraries, Old Town Albuquerque, and the downtown area.

NomadLand RV Park is amazing stay place with your RVs.
Dan, owner of the place is extremely supportive and helpful. I was travelling middle of the night for a 20hr road travel trip in very busy festival season and I gave a call and he was like i got you covered. Really appreciate that.
Also the place is super organized, clean and safest of all the RV areas I went so far. Have very nice shower and bathrooms. Good water, coffee, ice and complimentary guest edible packs.
Laundry, RV washers, also in future there is construction going on for camp spot I guess.
But yeah overall its 10/10 check it out.

Because of my circumstances, I had to change my reservation numerous times. Dan and staff never treated me as a bother, they were always willing to do what they could to help me even when it was in their busiest time of the year.
This RV park is loaded with amenities. When I went to check in I was greeted by a large table of snacks and free coffee. The bathroom and showers were the cleanest and best that I have ever experience in an RV park. They have car wash ports where I washed my truck while it was unhooked from my trailer. When I was prepared to leave, I wanted to buy ice for my cooler and Dan said, "There is no charge for the bag of ice it is complimentary."
I would highly recommend this very secure facility and I plan to stay there again the next time I am in Albuquerque. Thank you Dan and staff for making our stay so delightful.

This was our first time staying at NomadLand and would certainly stay again. Space was easily accessible, clean and safe. I especially appreciated the warmth and friendliness of the staff who were available and highly accommodating. Highly recommend NomadLand!

We had a very pleasant stay at Nomadland RV Park! we stayed one night but when we were coming back through Albuquerque Dan wax able to find us a spot to stay for 2 extra nights! Great service! Clean restrooms! Courtesy snacks and coffee for the guests! Would definitely recommend staying there.

This is a top site. Great location, clean and spacious. Gated so feels very safe. Special shout-out to the the hosts who are very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this RV park if you are staying in Albuquerque.

AAA- Awesome Amazing and American. Right when we thought customer service was the thing of the past, the people that nomadland RV park are so quick and happy and willing to help their customers and provide the most pristine. Modern.\n Well, equipped.\n And safe place to not just park your RV and store it, but actually stay on-site. As it is a full amenities Accommodating type of park. The staff almost makes you feel like they are your concierge at a high end hotel.

Yes. Very nice clean park. Delicious coffee and pastry’s. The laundry room was great. We met some nice people. Centrally located to The Balloon Festival via bus at the cottonwood mall. Got to see balloons in the air from our RV. Beautiful church for Sunday Mass not far from Campground. It was a very nice place.

Not what you would expect!!!. This place is over the TOP!! Great Location and the accommodations are exactly what one would need for a quick trip to Albuquerque. We went during the Balloon Festiva and HIGHLY recommend it to all for such an event. The place IS spotless. I saw workers sweeping, blowing out sites, WASHING DIRT FROM THE ELECTRICAL BOXES and FIRE EXTINGUISHER HOLDERS. There was not a missing chip of paint anywhere. Dan (the owner) met us at the gate on the inbound and sent a PERSONAL TEXT to follow up after we left! Had coffee and treats for the Ballon Festiva guests at the front entry.The laundry room had coffee and not a speck of lint in it. ABSOLUTELY beautiful Mountain View backdrop. Is completely enclosed with fence for security, but beyond that the view was perfect! Dan even took the time to give me a personal tour of the property he is building next door. The entire stay was NOT what I had expected. We camped at NomadLand RV Stay in a Travel Trailer.

NomadLand was a different but wonderful experience. The facility is very clean, the people were helpful and kind, and we enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons each morning. I hope to stay again sometime in the future! Thank you again for a wonderful visit.

My wife and I stayed at Nomadland on a trip from southern NM to Colorado and on the way back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Nomadland is quite a unique place! Quiet, secure, and the bathrooms and shower were very clean. We'll definitely stay at Nomadland the next time we stop in Albuquerque.
