My friends and I absolutely loved this place! Nice and clean lot with lovely and well maintained showers and bathrooms. They also allow you to wash your RV in their wash bay for free by asking the office for their ‘wash tokens’. It was the nicest wash bay that we’d ever seen with car wash-like features such as pre-soak, foaming brush, clear coat and spot free rinse. The wash bay also had an upper platform so that you could easily reach the top of your rig. Each site had high quality breaker boxes to plug into and ‘hands free’ lids to the sewer connections so you didn’t have to wrestle the lid off to hook up to it. We’d never seen them like that so it
was a pleasant surprise. Finally, Dan from the office was awesomely accommodating and so friendly. My gals and I were so appreciative of the help and the safe place to stay with the security gate and well cared for space. We would definitely stay again! Dan said they’re currently building the ‘cat’s meow’ across the street so I can only imagine that’s it’s going to be the best of the best!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 that we can come back and give the new space a try!!

We felt as if we hit the jackpot. Lovely stay at Nomadland RV in Albuquerque, NM. Convenient. Very Secure. Level concrete pad with patio. Easy hookup. Nice laundry with coffee bar. Restaurants within walking distance. And areas to walk your dog. The staff greeted us with a big smile and welcoming introduction. A++. All the way round.

🌟 Best hospitality I’ve experienced on the road!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent RV Park!
Super clean, safe, and packed with traveler-friendly amenities. I was passing through Albuquerque and needed fresh water — called ahead, and they said, “Come by, we’ll take care of you.”

The owner, Dan, personally helped me fill up and even let me tour the park. Beautiful setup, including converted RVs that feel like hotel rooms. They’re also expanding across the street with a cool historic-style Route 66 vibe coming soon.

It’s rare to meet someone as kind and genuine as Dan. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town — highly recommend!

Very unique camping experience. Friendly staff, spotless facilities and privacy. Who would think you could have full hook ups and a nice little private patio at a storage facility. Easy in and out. They even provided leveling blocks for uneven sites which worked great! I noticed a on site wash facility for the RVs too with a catwalk. It seems like they thought of everything here. Very secure with a place to walk our dogs. Not to mention it was close to the balloon fiesta and old town Albuquerque. We also went to the aquarium zoo and botanical gardens.

We found the facility to be conveniently located from the interstate but far enough away to be quiet. It was very clean and very secure which is nice if you're going to be away all day and into the night as we were. We were there during balloon fiesta for one night. The facility is entirely concrete (it's also a secure rv storage facility) so it wouldn't be my choice if I was actually camping but it met our needs nicely. The free wash bay is a big bonus. After traveling 10 hours our windshield really needed a good scrub!
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nomad RV in Albuquerque, NM, exceeded all our expectations during our 3-night stay. The coffee area was delightful, offering a lovely selection of apples, tangerines, pastries, nut trail mix, and an impressive variety of Keurig coffee pods—perfect for a relaxing morning start. The showers and restrooms were spotless and generously sized, adding to the comfort of our stay. Our camping spot was private, providing a peaceful and enjoyable environment. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, informative, and genuinely pleasant, making check-in smooth and welcoming. A great bonus was the two wash bays with fresh filtered water, ideal for cleaning our RV and filling tanks. We had no complaints and highly recommend Nomad RV for anyone visiting Albuquerque!

We went to the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque NM and stayed at NomadLand RV Park which I found on a Google search. This RV park was the highest rated and we were so happy that we stayed there! Jessica helped with our reservations and she was very informative on the balloon festival activites. The RV park was very clean, organized , hookups easy to use, bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities very clean. We met several people that were there for the weekend and some for months at a time, they were all very friendly and helpful. Best of all, they offered fresh coffee, muffins and snacks for everyone very early in the morning who we're going to the balloon festival. I highly recommend this RV campsite!

What a great find! Within-15 minutes of Old Town Albuquerque and Petroglyph National Park. I felt very secure in the locked, fenced lot. All sites paved, many with decks or nice patio areas. Sunsets are gorgeous over the mountains. Added bonus is a do it yourself camper wash. The dog park is nice, long and narrow. There is an added dog walk sidewalk outside the back of the campground. Our site, space A, was FANTASTIC! Huge deck with table under a roof. The landscaping was beautiful and meticulously kept.

Last minute decision and one of the best of our trip to date. Great level location at site B with a lighted patio. We were offered and accepted free RV Bay wash tokens and gladly cleaned off the 2 plus weeks worth of grime at the fantastic cleaning bay.

Bathroom was extremely clean and showers were perfect.

They have a unique business model by adding full hookup RV park options at a storage facility. All of the power, water and dump facilities were well thought out and very clean and professional.

Bonus was the restaurant just up the street with a good selection of beer and food. Additionally the nice coffee shop in the same area as the restaurant was a perfect morning stop the next morning.

We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

I had a great stay at Nomadland. The facility is gated with an access code. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and up to date. Please note that this is an RV and boat storage lot. If you are looking for a scenic, natural environment this is not the place for you. If you are looking for clean and safe in an urban environment while you go out and enjoy the city, this might fit the bill. Big bonus: a covered RV washing station! Also filtered water.

Nomadland RV Park in Albuquerque, NM is a fantastic modern RV park that is fully gated. They offer full hookups with both back-in and pull thru sites. We stayed 2 nights at Nomadland RV Park in Albuquerque, NM. We had previously read very good reviews of this rv park that is located inside a very nice rv storage facility. The first thing we noticed was how fresh and new, and how modern this place is. The second thing we noticed was how secured the premise is with high fences, cameras covering the entire property, and required security codes for entry, exit, and to access the shower facility. The ergonomics of the full hookup utilities were well laid out at each site. They looked new! We had a small but attractive attached walled-in patio with 2 patio chairs and table. There were flowers in a small flower bed. All rv sites were cement pads and were relatively leveled. We used one leveling block on the patio side. The front office was accessible and Dan even had a basket of trail-mix to offer to guests. There’s fresh free coffee in the reception area. We would highly recommend this rv park. It is well
managed and staff is courteous and helpful. The rv park’s NW location is convenient to Old Town Albuquerque, retail shopping, all kinds of restaurants, major freeways and thoroughfares. We look forward to staying again at Nomadland RV Park in Albuquerque! Its a great place that RV’ers will love!!

called late in the evening to get a spot and Dan was able to accommodate me! He went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciate it as a veteran that is traveling that somebody out there has kindness and customer service is definitely on the top of the list for Dan.

This is an RV storage yard but they have some hookups. It is a great spot for a night or two. I will definitely stop for the night on my next trip through Albuquerque.
